GoCar Customer's Bill of Rights
- Customers must always be treated with the utmost care and respect
- Every customer must be greeted with a smile and cheerful greeting
- Drivers must ask customers if they are comfortable with the temperature and adjust the heat or A/C according to their preference
- Customers must be asked if they would like to hear music and be given a list of musical selections available
- Drivers must assist customers with their packages or baggage and place it in the trunk for them if necessary
- Drivers must help passengers get out of the vehicle by holding open and closing the door for them and remove any packages in the trunk
- If the customer requires assistance bringing the packages to their door, drivers must be sure to swiftly lend a hand and carry it with a smile
